In bitlife, the oldest a female character can naturally get pregnant is 54 years old, as the game stops requiring birth control at age 55.
Female Character Limits
Natural Pregnancy: Up to age 54.
Artificial Insemination / IVF: Cut off at age 50, after which the game states you are too old.
Rare Glitches/Modifications: Some players report rare random pregnancies past 55 due to bugs, but 54 is the standard hard-coded limit.
Male Character Limits
Fathering Children: Male characters face no strict biological age limit and can father children well into old age, sometimes past 100 as long as they are alive and have a partner
