ABigGiganticDifference Foundation Conscious Alliance Fundraiser at Ophelia's Denver
In 2016 we started the A Big Gigantic Difference Foundation to give back to the community we love. Last year we raised $50,000 for Youth on Record to build a brand new digital music computer lab for their students. This year we're so excited to announce a partnership with Conscious Alliance! We'll be playing a VERY special Intimate show at Ophelia's on December 6th with all proceeds from the show going toward Conscious Alliance's 3 year plan to build out a new facility for their offices and warehouse! In Addition to proceeds from this special show all funds raised by ABGDFoundation in 2018 will go to Conscious Alliance totaling over $70,000! Promoting the mission of hunger relief and youth empowerment is so important to us and we could not be more excited to partner with our fans and Conscious Alliance to GIVE BACK! The 2016 start date caught my attention, but I wonder if a single annual fundraiser at Ophelia's can build the kind of ongoing local relationships Conscious Alliance needs. Music communities rally fast, yet keeping donors engaged between shows seems like the harder, less visible challenge.
